What the lookup returns
Results are descriptive statistics computed from the OpenFEMA policy and claims records for that ZIP code, current as of June 1, 2026 — the same figures published on each ZIP page. The lookup reports what the federal record shows; it does not rate properties, estimate prices, or produce recommendations.
A ZIP's statistics summarize insured properties, not parcel-level map boundaries. The authoritative flood zone for a specific address is FEMA's Flood Map Service Center.
